What are you hours?

Sweet Gourmet is available for meetings by appointment only. Emails and phone calls are returned during business hours  (Monday - Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm). We make every attempt to return phone calls and emails promptly, someone will follow up by the next business day. 

 

Can we visit your store?

Sweet Gourmet does not currently have a retail store. All pickups are by appointment only at our location inside The Cucina, Princeton North Shopping Center, 1225 State Road, Princeton, NJ 08540.

 

What is the payment policy?

Orders of $100 or less must be paid in full 3 days prior to pick up. Orders of $101 plus must give a 50% non refundable deposit at the time of order and the balance must be paid 3 days prior to pick up. Failure to make the final payment may delay the completion of your order.  

Why is the deposit non-refundable?

Custom orders require quite a bit of planning and design in the days/weeks leading up to the day of your event. The deposit covers the cost of designing, planning, purchasing special ingredients or equipment for your order, preparations and shopping. 

Why must orders be paid in full 3 days prior to delivery?

All of our desserts are made to order. That means we bake everything especially for you and it will not be sold or used for any other client. 

How do I pick up my order?

Orders will be picked up at The Cucina, our commercial kitchen. An appointment time will be set at the time of the order confirmation. If you have a delay on the day of pick up please contact us at 732-567-2858 as soon as possible. 

Do you do custom cookie baskets, tins or trays? 

Yes, we do! Please contact us for design options and pricing. 

Can cookies be individually wrapped?

Yes, cookies can be individually wrapped in heat sealed bags for freshness. Please contact us for pricing. 

I have a question about food allergies.

All of our products are made in a facility that handles all of the major food allergen's (Wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, fish and shellfish). We make every effort to reduce the risk of cross contamination but cannot guarantee that items have not come into contact with an allergen. Please contact us with specific concerns and questions. 

Do you accept wholesale accounts?

Yes, we are a licensed wholesale bakery with the State of New Jersey. Please contact us for more information. 

Do you offer fundraising opportunities?

Do you offer classes?

We have made the decision to no longer hold classes in our kitchen.
